Our Open Day in a school is a special event where prospective pupils and their families are invited to visit the campus, meet teachers and staff, and learn more about the school’s programs and facilities. It’s designed to give you a firsthand experience of the school’s environment, culture, and offerings.
Key features of GCS School Open Day:

Campus Tours: Guided tours of classrooms, sports facilities, libraries, and other areas.

Meet & Greet: Opportunity to talk with teachers, administrators, and current pupils.

Presentations: Information sessions about the curriculum, extracurricular activities, and admission process.

Q&A Sessions: Ask questions and get detailed answers about school life, academics, and support services.

Demonstrations & Activities: Participation in sample lessons, workshops, or school events.
Attending an Open Day helps families make informed decisions and gives pupils a sense of what to expect. It’s usually scheduled ahead of the application period and may require advance registration.
The school observes her visiting days on the last Friday of the second month as scheduled in the school calendar. Visiting Hours are between 10 a.m to 5.00 p.m. Parents and guardians are expected to visit their children/wards and learn about their well-doing and our educational activities. Guardians and foster parents of pupils are expected to play this role, however any parents’ participation on this rare exercise will greatly geared up the child and the school community as an encouragement to do more.
