Aligned with our commitment to environmental sustainability, we encourage families to walk, bike, carpool, take public transportation, or ride the school bus. GCS is located in a residential neighborhood. To mitigate the impact of the school on our neighbors’ quality of life, we ask GCS community members to be considerate and respectful.
Drop Off/Pick Up
Families are encouraged to carpool with friends and neighbors! The school gate will be open before and after school and provides a safe area for dropping off and picking up pupils during designated hours and is staffed by our teachers, administrators, and facilities personnel. We ask drivers to observe speed limits and avoid blocking driveways or double parking, by following the security orders on safe parking. Full instructions and guidelines are shared with families prior to the first day of school.
Public Transportation
Via Bike & Keke or Tricycle:

Park outside by the gate, and pupils will be taken in by officials on duty into their respective classes.
Via Cars:

Are allowed to park inside the school premises so as not to crowd-out tricycles and bikes dropping off pupils for school.

The maximum of 6 can enter at a time and must park at the designated area directed by the security on duty.

Parents picking and dropping pupils by proxy should send image and name of the supposedly third party via WhatsApp to the school management prior to the time of dispersion for confirmation.
The GCS School Bus
We offer a fee-based school bus for preschool through middle school pupils. The school bus fosters independence and friendships among pupils of all grades, reduces traffic in the white zone and the neighborhood, decreases carbon emissions by getting cars off the road, and gives parenting adults more time in their schedules.
There is a bus in the morning and also for afternoon options: after school and a later bus for students staying in Extended Day or for athletics. Reduced fees are available for families with TGCFScholarship. For more detailed information, please see our 2025-26 School Bus FAQs.
